About the application
Uvion T-Max Dashboard is a cloud-based management application for tanning studios that operate compatible T-Max Manager installations. It gives authorized operators a central interface for connecting supported installations, monitoring T-Max device and tanning-bed status, maintaining bed configuration, issuing permitted start and stop commands, and reviewing operational activity.
The dashboard works with an approved local Agent installed at the studio. That Agent communicates with the physical T-Max Manager while the web application provides secure remote visibility and control. The browser does not communicate directly with tanning hardware.
Access is limited to authorized users and the locations, devices, and beds assigned to their accounts. Users can sign in with supported authentication methods, including Google sign-in, to access the operational features available to them.
What the app does
Uvion T-Max Dashboard helps authorized operators connect a supported installation, understand its current state, and safely manage permitted day-to-day actions.
Sign in securely and access only the T-Max locations, devices, and beds assigned to your account.
Register a T-Max Manager installation, activate its local Agent, and connect the approved location to the cloud dashboard.
Review the assigned device and licence details, see configured beds, and maintain clear bed names for your location.
See device connectivity, current bed state, session timing, availability, and faults from one operational view.
Start or stop authorized beds and follow each command from submission through progress, completion, or failure.
Review recent commands and operational events, understand failures, and access available diagnostics and support resources.
Service boundary: This is a cloud monitoring and control interface for supported T-Max installations. The installed local Agent communicates with the physical T-Max Manager; the browser does not connect directly to hardware. The app does not provide booking, payments, customer management, inventory, or general point-of-sale services.
How it works
T-Max connects the local desktop Agent to a secure cloud control plane while keeping physical device communication on site.
Register your T-Max Manager device and securely activate the local Agent.
Name beds and review the installation configuration assigned to your location.
Monitor live status and manage permitted beds from the cloud console.
Browser sessions are identity-scoped, cloud permissions are short-lived, and the dashboard never exposes AWS or device credentials to the browser.
Sign in with Google or email through a protected identity flow.
User, administrator, and machine access follow distinct authorization boundaries.
The installed Agent handles local T-Max communication; the browser does not.
